  • 1 cup green sugar or sprinkles
  • 24 Hershey's Kisses Use your favorite variety.

Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Make sure your butter is softened for better mixing.
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, powdered sugar, and brown sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each one is well incorporated before adding the next. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt, whisking them together.
  • Gradually blend the dry mixture into the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  • Roll the dough into small balls (about one tablespoon in size) and coat each ball in green sugar or sprinkles.
  • Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes.
  • Immediately press a Hershey's Kiss into the center of each warm cookie after removing from the oven.
  • Let the cookies cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to five days. For longer storage, freeze cookies for up to three months.
