Instructions
Make the bang bang sauce: whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and honey in a small bowl. Chill until serving.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat the sesame oil. Add garlic and ginger and sauté briefly.
Add the ground turkey, break it into crumbs, and cook until browned and cooked through.
Stir in smoked paprika, onion powder, soy sauce, sriracha, chicken broth, honey, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Sprinkle the cornstarch over the turkey mixture and stir until it thickens.
Assemble bowls: divide cooked rice between bowls, top with the turkey mixture, then drizzle the bang bang sauce over each.
Garnish with shredded carrots, cucumber slices, edamame, green onions, and sesame seeds as desired.
Notes
You can adjust the heat of the sauce by adding more or less sriracha. This recipe is flexible: add whatever veggies you like.
