  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk Use almond or soy milk for dairy-free option.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional) For garnish.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • Cut croissants into bite-sized pieces.
  • Layer croissant pieces in the baking dish, then sprinkle diced ham and shredded cheese on top.
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients.
  • Let the casserole sit for 10-15 minutes to soak.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and let it rest before serving.

Notes
