Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Measure out the quinoa, dice the veggies, and get the ground chicken ready.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the ground chicken, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
  • Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and dried oregano, stirring well to coat the meat evenly. Cook for another minute.

Combine the Ingredients
