  • 1 package turkey bacon (12 slices)
  • 1 cup fresh herbs (parsley, chives, dill) Chopped finely
  • 1 package puff pastry (2 sheets)
  • 1 egg beaten for egg wash

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and chop the fresh herbs finely.

Cooking the Bacon

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the turkey bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Once cooked, place the bacon on a paper towel to absorb excess grease.

Preparing the Pastry

  • Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface until smooth and even.
  • Cut the rolled pastry into rectangles, about 4x5 inches.

Assembly

  • Place a slice of turkey bacon on each pastry rectangle and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
  • Carefully roll the pastry around the bacon and pinch the edges to seal securely.
