Preparation

  • Gather all the ingredients mentioned above. Measure them out accurately to ensure the best results. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) as you prepare the dough.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the high-protein flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix them together well until there are no clumps.
  • Gradually add Greek yogurt and water into the mixture, stirring until fully combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a floured surface and begin kneading the dough for about 3–5 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  • Divide the dough into small, equal portions, roll each piece into a ball, and poke a hole in the center of each ball, gently stretching it to shape it into a bagel.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place each shaped bagel on the sheet, spacing them out evenly.

Baking

  • Sprinkle shredded cheese generously on top of each bagel bite.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the bagel bites reach a golden brown color.
