Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted

Filling

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust.
  • In another bowl, mix together chopped pecans and chocolate chips. Spread evenly over the crust.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Pour the egg mixture evenly over the pecan and chocolate layer.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
  • Let the pie cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
  • Enjoy warm or chilled, optionally topped with whipped cream or ice cream.

Notes

For added flavor, toast the pecans before using. To make it gluten-free, use gluten-free graham crackers. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
