  • 6 large Scrambled eggs

  • 2 tablespoons Butter for brushing

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all your ingredients and tools to streamline the preparation.
  • Carefully slice the slider buns in half horizontally and arrange the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  • In a bowl, whisk together six large eggs, seasoning with salt and pepper. Optionally, add a splash of milk.
  • Cook the sausage or bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Crumble or chop into small pieces.
  • Combine the scrambled eggs and the cooked sausage or bacon in a large bowl, mixing gently.
  • Spread the egg and meat mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the slider buns.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously over the egg mixture.
  • Place the top halves of the slider buns over the cheese, covering the filling.
  • Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter for a rich flavor.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice into individual sliders for serving.

Notes

To store leftovers, let them cool and place in an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 10-15 minutes or microwave for a quicker option.
