  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup Use to taste for sweetness.
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon Enhances flavor.

Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Wash the berries thoroughly and slice the banana.
  • In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey and cinnamon. Stir until well blended.

Layering

  • Take serving glasses or bowls and start with a layer of the yogurt mixture.
  • Sprinkle a layer of granola over the yogurt.
  • Add a layer of mixed berries and sliced banana.
  • Continue alternating layers of yogurt, granola, and fruits until your glass is nearly full.
  • Finish with a final layer of yogurt, a sprinkle of granola, additional fruit, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup on top.

Serving

  • Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes to meld flavors.

Notes

Store leftovers separately to maintain granola's crunchiness. Parfaits can last up to three days in the fridge.
