  • 4 cups good quality white chocolate, roughly chopped wafers or chips
  • 1 cup warm condensed milk (not boiling hot)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows Add 1/2 cup more if you wish for extra marshmallow
  • ½ cup mini M&M’s 1/4 cup for fudge, 1/4 cup for the top for decorating
  • 1 tablespoon sprinkles for the top optional

Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients and measuring them out.
  • Line a 10x7x2 or an 8x8 dish or pan with wax paper or parchment paper.

Cooking

  • In a deep bowl, add the chopped white chocolate and heat it in the microwave in bursts of 30 seconds, stirring after each interval until completely smooth.
  • Pour in the warm condensed milk and mix well until fully combined and smooth.
  • Gently fold in the mini marshmallows, being careful not to melt them.
  • Add in 1/4 cup of mini M&M’s and gently toss them into the fudge.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and spread it evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining M&M’s and sprinkles over the top of the fudge.
  • Refrigerate the dish for 3 hours or overnight to firm up.
  • Once firm, remove the fudge and cut it into squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks. Use parchment paper between layers if stacking. For freezing, wrap securely to prevent freezer burn. Avoid using boiling hot condensed milk and ensure chocolate is melted evenly to maintain texture.
