  • Large Pot
  • Wooden Spoon
  • Sterilized jars
  • Lids

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries hulled and chopped
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups sugar
  • ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 packet pectin

Instructions

  • Hull and chop strawberries, rinse raspberries and blueberries.
  • In a large pot, combine strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Stir gently.
  • Place over medium heat and stir until the mixture comes to a gentle boil and sugar dissolves (about 5–10 minutes).
  • Add pectin, stir well, and boil for 1–2 minutes to thicken.
  • Check the consistency by coating the back of a spoon; if it’s thick, it’s ready.
  • Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
  • Pour into sterilized jars, leaving 1/4 inch of space, and seal tightly.
  • Cool completely before storing in the refrigerator. Enjoy on toast or as a holiday gift!
