Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup cocoa powder Use high-quality cocoa for rich flavor.
  • ½ cup coconut oil Melted.
  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup For a vegan option, use maple syrup.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch salt Enhances chocolate flavor.

Optional Toppings

  • ½ cup nuts Choose your favorites.
  • to taste sea salt
  • to taste dried fruit

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients.
  • Measure out cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

Mixing

  • In a medium bowl, combine cocoa powder and melted coconut oil. Stir until smooth.
  • Add honey or maple syrup and mix well.
  • Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt until fully incorporated.

Mold Preparation

  • Select molds or a lined baking pan for the chocolate.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture into the molds or baking pan.

Toppings and Chilling

  • Add optional toppings into the chocolate and press gently.
  • Refrigerate the chocolate for about 30 minutes until set.

Serving

  • Unmold the chocolate or cut it into pieces if using a baking pan.
  • Enjoy fresh or serve with fruits/ice cream.

Notes

Store homemade chocolate in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Can also be frozen for up to three months.
