  • 1 cup powdered sugar Can substitute with sugar alternatives.
  • ¼ cup Skrewball Whiskey For a non-alcoholic version, omit the whiskey.

For Coating

  • 2 cups chocolate chips Can use semi-sweet, dark, or white chocolate.
  • ½ cup crushed nuts Optional; use your choice of nuts.

Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients in one place.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Stir in the Skrewball Whiskey until evenly distributed.
  • Form the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter, and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  • Refrigerate the balls for about 30 minutes to firm up.

Coating

  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth.
  • Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage, then allow excess chocolate to drip off.
  • If desired, roll the coated balls in crushed nuts for added texture.
  • Place the coated balls back on the tray and refrigerate again until the chocolate hardens, about 30 minutes.
