  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar Balances flavors.

Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

For Glazing

  • ½ cup BBQ sauce For brushing before broiling.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. Rinse and pat dry the baby back ribs.
  • Season both sides of the ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Cooking

  • Place the seasoned ribs into the Instant Pot or slow cooker.
  • Pour in the beer, honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Mix gently.
  • For the Instant Pot, seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes. For the slow cooker, set on low and cook for 6 to 8 hours.

Broiling

  • Preheat the broiler while ribs finish cooking.
  • Carefully remove the ribs from the cooker and place on a baking sheet.
  • Brush generously with BBQ sauce and broil for 5-7 minutes until glazed and caramelized.

Serving

  • Serve hot with extra BBQ sauce for dipping.

Notes

Customize flavors with different beers or add hot sauce for extra heat. Marinate overnight for enhanced flavor.
