  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For frying the chicken.

Preparation

  • Gather all of your ingredients. Thaw and pat the chicken fillets dry with a paper towel.

Cooking the Base

Cooking Chicken

  • Heat a skillet on medium-high and add the olive oil. Once shimmering, carefully add the chicken fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
  • Transfer the browned chicken to a baking dish.

Baking

  • Pour the honey butter mixture over the chicken in the baking dish and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
