  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Preparation

  • Start by cutting your salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a medium bowl, combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
  • Add the cut salmon pieces to the marinade and gently toss until fully coated.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Arrange the marinated salmon pieces on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.

Cooking

  • Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Let the salmon bites cool slightly and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Serve these salmon bites immediately for the best flavor. They pair well with salads, rice, or steamed vegetables. Optionally, add chili flakes to the marinade for a spicy kick.
