  • 600 g cocktail sausages (raw)

Glaze

  • 120 ml runny honey
  • 120 g wholegrain mustard
  • salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp oil (for frying)

Instructions
 

  • Pat the cocktail sausages dry with kitchen paper to remove excess moisture.
  • Heat the oil in a wide frying pan over medium heat.
  • Fry the sausages, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides.
  • In a bowl, mix together the runny honey and wholegrain mustard.
  • Pour the honey-mustard mixture over the sausages and stir to coat. Continue cooking for another 3–4 minutes, stirring gently, until the glaze becomes sticky and coats the sausages.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm (you can transfer to a serving bowl).

Notes

You can adapt by using Dijon mustard if you don’t have wholegrain. Watch the glaze carefully so it doesn’t burn. These can be prepared ahead and gently reheated. Serves well with cocktail sticks. Some recipes allow baking method too. :contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0}
