Preparation

  • Ensure your chicken thighs are thawed if they were previously frozen.

Cooking

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger until well combined.
  • Season the chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper.
  • Coat each chicken thigh thoroughly in the Sriracha mixture.
  • Place the coated chicken thighs in a baking dish, arranging them in a single layer.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, checking that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Optional: Baste the chicken with remaining sauce halfway through baking for enhanced flavor.
  • Remove from oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
