  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and pre-measure hot honey, feta, and spices.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  • Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly with the marinade.
  • Arrange the coated chicken breasts in a baking dish in a single layer.
  • Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese generously over the chicken.
  • Drizzle hot honey over the feta-topped chicken.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can be reheated in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
