Ingredients
  

Pizza Base

  • ½ lb hot sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tbsp honey for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) and cook sausage until browned and crumbled.
  • Step 2: Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter.
  • Step 3: Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edge.
  • Step 4: Add mozzarella cheese as the first layer, then top with feta and hot sausage.
  • Step 5: Drizzle honey over the toppings, then sprinkle red pepper flakes for spice.
  • Step 6: Brush the crust with olive oil for extra flavor and color.
  • Step 7: Bake for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  • Step 8: Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Pair this pizza with a crisp green salad or garlic knots. For a milder flavor, use sweet sausage instead of hot. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for later use.
