Instructions
Wash and chop the beetroot, carrot, and apple into pieces that will fit your juicer.
Juice the beetroot, carrot, and apple (and ginger if using) in a juicer.
Once juiced, stir in the lemon juice. Add salt to taste if desired.
Serve immediately. If you prefer, add ice cubes to chill.
