  • 300 g beetroot peeled and chopped
  • 300 g carrot peeled and chopped
  • 100 g apple cored and chopped
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste, optional

Optional

  • 1 inch ginger fresh, for extra immunity boost
  • ice cubes if serving chilled

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop the beetroot, carrot, and apple into pieces that will fit your juicer.
  • Juice the beetroot, carrot, and apple (and ginger if using) in a juicer.
  • Once juiced, stir in the lemon juice. Add salt to taste if desired.
  • Serve immediately. If you prefer, add ice cubes to chill.

Notes

This juice is best consumed fresh to maximize its immune-boosting benefits.
