Main Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, defrosted
  • 4 oz Brie cheese (small wheel) Chill briefly to slice easily
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce store-bought or homemade

Optional Garnishes

  • candied pecans chopped, for garnish
  • fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
  • cooking spray for tin

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray the mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  • On a lightly floured surface, unroll the puff pastry and cut into 16 equal squares (4×4 grid).
  • Gently press each pastry square into the muffin tin to form little cups.
  • Cut the Brie into small cubes (about 1 inch). Place one cube in each pastry cup.
  • Spoon a small amount (about 1 teaspoon) of cranberry sauce over each Brie cube—don’t overfill.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until pastry is golden and puffed.
  • Let cool a few minutes, then run a knife around edges and pop out the bites.
  • Garnish with chopped candied pecans and rosemary if desired. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

These bites are quick, customizable and perfect for holidays. Variations include swapping cranberry sauce for jam, using camembert or goats’ cheese, or adding spices like cinnamon.
