Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted and slightly cooled
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk for pudding
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 banana sliced, for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a baking pan.
  • Melt 1 cup of butter and mix in 2 cups of sugar until well combined.
  • Add 4 eggs one at a time, mixing well after each, then stir in 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth and glossy.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25–30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow brownies to cool completely before topping.
  • In another bowl, whisk banana pudding mix with milk until thickened.
  • Fold in whipped cream gently to create a fluffy pudding mixture.
  • Spread the pudding mixture evenly over the cooled brownies and top with banana slices.
  • Chill for at least 1 hour before serving for best results.

Notes

For a nutty twist, add crushed walnuts to the brownie batter. Use ripe bananas for a naturally sweet flavor. These brownies taste best when chilled and served within 3 days.
