Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or American
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • cooking spray or oil for greasing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare biscuit dough by separating biscuits.
  • Cook ground beef in skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper, until browned.
  • Remove from heat, stir in shredded cheese until melted.
  • Place a spoonful of filling in each biscuit, fold dough around and seal tightly.
  • Mix garlic powder and Parmesan, roll each biscuit ball in mixture.
  • Place on parchment-lined baking sheet, spray tops lightly with cooking spray.
  • Bake 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool slightly before serving warm with dipping sauces.

Notes

Can substitute beef with turkey or chicken, and try different cheeses like mozzarella or pepper jack for variety.
