Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh strawberries washed and completely dried
  • 8 oz dark chocolate broken into small pieces
  • 4 oz white chocolate optional, for drizzling
  • parchment paper for lining the baking sheet

Instructions
 

  • Wash and thoroughly dry all strawberries. Any remaining moisture will prevent chocolate from sticking properly.
  • Break dark chocolate into pieces and place them in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth and melted.
  • Hold each strawberry by the green top and dip it into the melted chocolate, coating evenly. Let excess chocolate drip off before placing it on parchment paper.
  • For decoration, melt white chocolate and drizzle it over the dipped strawberries using a fork or piping bag.
  • Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate is firm and set.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2–3 days.

Notes

Ensure strawberries are completely dry before dipping to prevent chocolate from seizing. For extra flavor, sprinkle sea salt or crushed nuts before the chocolate sets. To make them vegan, use dairy-free chocolate. Store covered in the fridge and enjoy within 3 days for best freshness.
