  • Parchment Paper
  • Microwave-safe Bowls
  • Spatula

Ingredients

Base Fudge Mixture

  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (divided)
  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 6 oz white chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract (divided)
  • 2 tbsp Christmas sprinkles plus extra for topping
  • nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Divide the sweetened condensed milk in half (about 7 oz each).
  • Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips with half of the condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract to the melted semi-sweet chocolate mixture. Mix well and spread evenly in the prepared pan to form the base layer.
  • In another bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with the remaining condensed milk using the same method.
  • Stir in 1 tsp vanilla extract and fold in Christmas sprinkles.
  • Spread the white chocolate mixture evenly over the semi-sweet layer. Add extra sprinkles on top.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until firm. Slice into squares and serve.

Notes

Store fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerate for up to two weeks. It can also be frozen for up to three months. Avoid overheating the chocolate during melting to prevent seizing.
