  • 15 oz sweet corn drained
  • 14 oz diced tomatoes with green chilies drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • green onions chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine drained corn, diced tomatoes, sour cream, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  • Season with garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to incorporate.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and top with chopped green onions.
  • Optional: Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables and enjoy!

Notes

For a spicy kick, add jalapeños or use pepper jack cheese instead of cheddar. This dip can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3–5 days.
