Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag Doritos 10–12 oz, crushed slightly
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can black beans 15 oz, drained
  • 1 cup corn drained, fresh or canned
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes fresh or canned
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup salsa

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 6–8 minutes.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water. Simmer for a few minutes until flavors blend.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes.
  • Add the cooked beef mixture to the bowl and mix well.
  • Fold in shredded lettuce for a fresh, crisp texture.
  • Crush Doritos lightly and sprinkle over the mixture.
  • Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
  • Serve immediately to enjoy the crunchy texture.

Notes

Add Doritos just before serving to prevent sogginess. Substitute ground beef with turkey or lentils for a lighter or vegetarian version. For a spicier kick, use spicy Doritos or add jalapeños.
