  • 4 beef chops such as ribeye, sirloin, or tenderloin
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure even cooking and a crispy crust.
  • In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until it forms a paste.
  • Pat the beef chops dry, then rub the garlic-Parmesan mixture over both sides of each chop, coating evenly.
  • Arrange the seasoned beef chops in a single layer in a baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches your preferred doneness.
  • Remove from the oven and let the beef rest for 5 minutes to retain juices.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with your favorite sides.

Notes

For an herby twist, add rosemary or thyme to the garlic mixture. You can also substitute chicken or pork chops for the beef. Avoid overcooking to keep the meat tender. Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or rice pilaf for a complete meal.
