Equipment

  • Large Skillet
  • Wooden Spoon
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Serving bowl

Ingredients

  • 4 cups corn (fresh or frozen)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (optional) for garnish

Instructions

  • Melt 1/4 cup unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat until slightly bubbly and aromatic.
  • Add 4 cups of corn to the skillet. If using frozen corn, no need to thaw — just add directly.
  • Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is heated through and lightly golden.
  • Stir in 1/4 cup honey, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Mix well to coat evenly.
  • Continue cooking for another 2–3 minutes until the corn is glossy and caramelized in the butter-honey mixture.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute butter with coconut oil and honey with maple syrup. Do not overcook to prevent mushiness. Serve immediately for best texture.
