  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • cup honey
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce use gluten-free if needed
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes optional, for extra heat
  • fresh parsley or sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Step 1 – Prepare Ingredients: Mince the garlic and chop parsley or green onions for garnish.
  • Step 2 – Cook the Base: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Step 3 – Add Sausages: Add the cocktail sausages to the skillet and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
  • Step 4 – Make Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together honey, hot sauce, and soy sauce until smooth.
  • Step 5 – Combine: Pour the sauce over the sausages and stir to coat evenly.
  • Step 6 – Simmer: Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and glazes the sausages.
  • Step 7 – Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle red pepper flakes and garnish with parsley or green onions. Serve warm with toothpicks for easy snacking.

Notes
