Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken lean and healthy
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs use gluten-free if desired
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 egg for binding
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • olive oil for cooking

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients and ensure they are measured and ready to go.
  • In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, and feta until combined.
  • Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until hot.
  • Cook meatballs for 5–7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Check one meatball to ensure no pinkness remains inside and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Transfer meatballs to a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess oil.
  • Serve warm with tzatziki sauce, salad, or pita bread, and garnish with extra parsley or feta.

Notes

For a lighter option, bake meatballs at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 3 months. Avoid overmixing to keep them tender and moist.
