  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg

Preparation

  • Gather all the necessary ingredients for your Irresistible Oreo Cheesecake Cookies.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and butter. Use an electric mixer on medium speed to cream them together until smooth.
  • Add 1 cup of granulated sugar into the cream cheese and butter mixture and mix until fluffy.
  • Add in 1 large egg and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and blend until creamy.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
  • Slowly pour the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and stir gently until just combined.
  • Gently fold in 1 cup of crushed Oreo cookies.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden at the edges.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
