Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced Ensure chicken is cut into small, bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened Allow to soften before mixing.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • to drizzle Olive oil For added flavor.

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken with the cream cheese, shredded Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.

Assembly

  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Flatten each triangle slightly.
  • Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  • Fold the dough over the filling and roll from the wide end to the point, sealing the edges to prevent filling from leaking.
  • Arrange the filled bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space for expansion.

Baking

  • Drizzle olive oil on top of the chicken bombs and bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Once baked, allow the bombs to cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 10–15 minutes.
