Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup honeydew melon, diced
  • 1 cup green apples, diced
  • 1 cup blueberries

For the Honey Orange Dressing

  • 2 oranges juiced Choose ripe oranges for maximum sweetness.
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

For Garnish

Preparation

  • Wash all your fruits thoroughly under cold running water. Hull and slice the strawberries. Halve the green grapes and dice the honeydew melon and green apples into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the blueberries and set all prepared fruits aside.

Making the Dressing

  • In a small bowl, squeeze the juice from two oranges. Add the honey and olive oil. Whisk to combine until smooth.

Combining Ingredients

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the prepared strawberries, green grapes, honeydew melon, green apples, and blueberries. Gently toss to mix.

Adding Dressing

  • Drizzle the honey orange dressing over the fruit mixture. Toss gently to ensure even coating.

Chilling

  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Garnishing and Serving

  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving. Serve in individual bowls or present in the mixing bowl.

Storing Leftovers

  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute honey with agave or maple syrup. This salad is customizable; feel free to add or substitute other fruits.
