  • 2 pieces kiwis, peeled and diced Select firm kiwis for best texture.
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds Fresh pomegranate seeds add a nice crunch.

Dressing

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Plain Greek yogurt recommended.
  • 1 tablespoon honey Adjust sweetener to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash all your fruits thoroughly to remove any pesticides.
  • Dice the apple, slice the banana, segment the mandarins, and peel and dice the kiwis.

Mixing

  • In a large mixing bowl, gently combine all prepared fruits and pomegranate seeds.

Dressing Preparation

  • In a smaller bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.

Serving

  • Pour dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat.
