Preparation

  • Start by washing your mixed seasonal fruits thoroughly. Chop them into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a small pan over medium heat, add the pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Toast them for about 3-5 minutes until they are golden and fragrant.

Mixing the Dressing

  • In a separate bowl, combine honey, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Whisk them together until the mixture is well-blended and smooth.

Combining Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, combine all the chopped fruits and stir gently to avoid bruising them.
  • Once you’ve mixed the fruits, pour the dressing over them and gently toss to ensure they are evenly coated.
  • After the fruits are dressed, sprinkle the toasted seeds generously on top.

Serving
