Equipment

  • Grill or grill pan
  • Mixing Bowls
  • Tongs
  • Skewers

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs Italian seasoned preferred
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for marinating and brushing
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare the chicken by cutting into evenly sized cubes and setting aside.
  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add chicken cubes and toss to coat. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
  • In another bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes.
  • Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, about 4–5 pieces per skewer.
  • Coat each skewer thoroughly in the Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Grill for 10–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F / 75°C).
  • Rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with extra Parmesan and fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

For best results, use freshly grated Parmesan and avoid overcooking the chicken. Serve with marinara sauce or a garlic yogurt dip for extra flavor.
