Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Set the cream cheese out to soften if you haven't already.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Blend until smooth.

  • Lay out each tortilla flat. Evenly spread the cheese mixture over each tortilla.
  • Carefully roll each tortilla tightly to form a log shape.
  • Slice the rolled tortillas into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
  • Chill the sliced pinwheels in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
