  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Chop the parsley, mince the garlic, and measure out your breadcrumbs and cheese.

  • Remove the meatballs and set them aside on a plate.
  • In the same skillet, whisk in the flour for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  • Gradually pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce while stirring to prevent lumps.
  • Allow the gravy to simmer for about 5-10 minutes until it thickens.
  • Return the meatballs to the skillet, spoon gravy over them, cover, and let simmer on low for 20 minutes.

Serving

  • Serve the Juicy Beef Meatballs and Gravy warm with your favorite sides, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
