  • 4 beef chops boneless or bone-in
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper freshly cracked
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary or use fresh herbs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all ingredients and ensure beef chops are thawed and ready.
  • Season both sides of the beef chops generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and herbs.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Sear beef chops for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Transfer seared beef chops to a greased baking dish, spacing them evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20–30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
  • Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing to retain juices and tenderness.
