Wet Ingredients

  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil Can be replaced with unsalted butter.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs For a vegan version, use flax eggs or applesauce.

Optional Ingredients

  • ¼ cup sugar-free chocolate chips Add for extra chocolaty goodness.

Preparation

  • Gather your ingredients to streamline the cooking process.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mixing Ingredients

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and eggs until well mixed.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients and mix until you have a smooth batter.
  • If using, fold the sugar-free chocolate chips into the batter.

Baking

  • Grease a baking dish and pour the batter into it, spreading evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
  • Once baked, let the dish cool for a few minutes before cutting into squares.
