Ingredients
  

Meatballs

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground chicken or lamb
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground chicken or lamb, crumbled feta, minced onion, garlic, egg, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper until evenly mixed.
  • Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1½ inches in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes, turning once halfway through, until cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
  • Let cool slightly before serving. Serve with tzatziki sauce, greek salad, or low-carb sides.

Notes

These meatballs are delicious served with homemade tzatziki or over a bed of roasted vegetables for a complete keto meal. You can substitute lamb or turkey depending on your preference. Adjust herbs to taste.
