Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients including Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, fresh lime juice, lime zest, and optional toppings.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the yogurt mixture onto it, spreading evenly.
  • Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs and shredded coconut over the yogurt base.

Freezing

  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until solid.

Serving

  • Once the yogurt bark is solid, cut it into pieces with a sharp knife.
  • Garnish with fresh lime slices if desired and serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

For best results, consume within a week. Use fresh lime juice for optimal flavor. You can experiment with add-ins, such as dark chocolate chunks or berries.
