Ingredients
  

Marinade

  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice fresh
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Chicken

  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, and black pepper.
  • Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  • Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess marinade.
  • Grill chicken for 6–8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
  • Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

This chicken pairs well with rice, grilled vegetables, or a fresh tropical salad. Marinate overnight for even deeper flavor.
