Ingredients
  

For the Tuna Mixture

  • 1 can canned tuna, drained About 5 oz
  • ½ cup kimchi, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise Can substitute with Greek yogurt
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

For Assembling

  • 2 large whole wheat tortillas Can substitute with gluten-free wraps
  • 4 large leaves lettuce (such as romaine or butter lettuce) Choose sturdy varieties

Preparation

  • Gather all of your ingredients and equipment.
  • In a medium bowl, break up the drained tuna into smaller chunks.
  • Mix in the chopped kimchi, mayonnaise, finely chopped green onions, and sesame oil.
  • Stir until evenly distributed and adjust flavors to taste.
  • Rinse and dry your lettuce leaves thoroughly.

Assembly

  • Lay one tortilla flat, place two lettuce leaves in the center, and scoop a generous amount of tuna mixture on top.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  • Cut the wraps in half diagonally for easy eating.

Serving

  • Serve on a plate and garnish with extra green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
  • Enjoy fresh for the best flavor!

Notes

Store wraps separately from filling in the fridge to avoid sogginess. Best enjoyed fresh, but the tuna mixture can be made ahead.
