For the Spicy Mayo Dip

  • ½ cup mayonnaise Creamy base for the dip.
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce Adds heat and flavor.

Preparation

  • Gather your ingredients and finely chop the green onions and mince the garlic.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, egg, and black pepper. Mix until well combined, avoiding overworking.
  • Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the meatballs on the sheet, spaced out for even cooking.

Cooking

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the meatballs for about 15-20 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.

Dipping Sauce Preparation

  • While meatballs are baking, mix mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce in a small bowl, adjusting Sriracha to taste.

Serving
