Lemon Pepper Salmon Bites with Creamy Garlic Dip

Ingredients
  

Salmon Bites

  • 1 lb salmon fillet skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Creamy Garlic Dip

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp fresh dill chopped (or dried dill)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare all ingredients by cutting salmon into bite-sized cubes and mincing garlic. Chop parsley and dill for garnish.
  • In a bowl, combine salmon cubes with olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well to coat evenly.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add salmon bites and sear for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (internal temp 145°F / 63°C).
  • Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, and salt and pepper until smooth.
  • Remove salmon bites from the skillet and let rest for 2 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve with the creamy garlic dip on the side.
  • Serve warm as an appetizer or over salad greens for a light meal. Enjoy!

Notes

To make a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. Add chili flakes for a spicy twist or extra lemon zest for brightness. Best served fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
