Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients on the countertop. Ensure the butter is softened to room temperature.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease your loaf pan generously with butter or non-stick spray.

Mixing

  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3-5 minutes).
  • Add the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated.
  • Stir in the milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest until just combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Baking
