Preparation

  • Start by spiralizing the zucchinis to create long, noodle-like strands.
  • In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
  • Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about one minute, until fragrant.

Cooking

  • Carefully add the spiralized zucchini noodles to the skillet and toss gently.
  • Cook the zucchini noodles for 3 to 4 minutes until tender yet slightly crunchy.
  • Pour in the lemon juice and add lemon zest, stirring to combine.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Serving

  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve warm.

Notes
